Our Leadership
Our team is led by Rajul Kumar, an IIM-Ahemdabad alumnus, brings over 30 years of leadership experience across global organizations such as KPMG Consulting and Ericsson.
His career spans strategy consulting and large-scale business operations, giving him a deep understanding of how businesses actually run — not just how they are designed on paper.
Over the last eight years, his focus has been on business transformation through automation and AI, helping organizations improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and scale operations.
What sets Rajul apart is practical experience.

At Bhawani AI, he combines consulting thinking, operational depth, and hands-on AI deployment experience to design solutions that are practical, cost-effective, and outcome-driven.

Our Team
Our core team members have worked closely with Rajul for more than five years. During this time, they have built deep expertise in automation, workflow transformation, and applied AI solutions.
Alongside experienced professionals, we also work with young, academically strong subject matter experts. For example, our accounting solutions are led by a Chartered Accountant who combines strong academic knowledge with practical implementation.
This mix of experience and fresh thinking allows us to build solutions that are both practical and forward-looking.
